The PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course is designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to handle life-threatening emergencies. This training focuses on both primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid), teaching you how to provide critical assistance until professional medical help arrives.

Your Course Experience
  1. Primary Care Training (CPR)
    Learn how to perform effective CPR to maintain circulation and breathing during emergencies.
  2. Secondary Care Training (First Aid)
    Gain the skills needed to assess injuries and illnesses, provide pain relief, and manage non-life-threatening conditions.
  3. Practical Training Sessions
    Participate in hands-on practice of bandaging, splinting, and other essential techniques to build confidence in providing emergency care.
  4. Responding to Critical Moments
    Understand how to act effectively during the crucial moments before medical services arrive.

  1. Comfortable swimwear and a rash guard for dives.
  2. Sunscreen and sunglasses for surface intervals.
  3. A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
  4. Dive logbook or notebook for tracking your specialty dives.
  5. A towel for post-dive use.
  6. Waterproof camera to capture the unforgettable underwater moments.

Term & Conditions
  1. The course begins at 7:00 AM each day and concludes at approximately 5:00 PM.
  2. Transport pick-up & drop-off is included for areas within the main service zone. Additional fees apply for other locations.
  3. Participants must hold a PADI Open Water Diver Certification or equivalent.
  4. A medical questionnaire must be completed before starting the course.

For bookings, you can make a deposit of 50% of the trip price.

  • If cancellation is made one day before the trip (H-1), 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • However, if cancellation is made on the day of departure (H-0), the deposit will not be refunded.
